STAGE Network is a service offered to financial services companies to provide information and insight into initiatives by State Attorneys General (AGs), other state-level regulators, and the CFPB. STAGE Network brings together unparalleled experience when dealing with State regulatory matters and legal initiatives that affect the industry.
STAGE Network is committed to:
- raising awareness in the financial services industry of the rapidly expanding role that State AGs and state regulators are playing in enforcement of laws impacting financial services companies
- facilitating compliance with existing and anticipated State laws and regulations impacting the financial services industry, through education and outreach efforts
- establishing a forum for discussion of important policy issues with State AGs and other regulators
- as necessary, providing a vehicle for the financial services industry to respond to State AG legal initiatives that adversely impact financial services entities
